Vlastn\u00ed v\u00e1s - t\u00e1hnou v\u00e1s do hn\u011bvu, touhy nebo apatie - nebo je m\u016f\u017eete zadr\u017eet, pozorovat je a vybrat si svou reakci? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buddhistick\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1m p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee emoce nejsou t\u00edm, \u010d\u00edm jsme. Jsme v\u00edc ne\u017e n\u00e1\u0161 hn\u011bv, \u017e\u00e1rlivost, p\u00fdcha nebo p\u0159ipoutanost. D\u00edky praxi se m\u016f\u017eeme nau\u010dit <strong>emoce pozorovat, m\u00edsto abychom se jimi nechali pohltit<\/strong>, a v tomto odstupu nalezneme svobodu.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ale je toho v\u00edc. Tibetsk\u00e1 medic\u00edna i z\u00e1padn\u00ed v\u011bda se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee emoce ne\u017eij\u00ed jen v mysli - hluboce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>stav t\u011bla<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Touha a p\u0159ipoutanost: V\u00edtr (Lung) <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed <strong>pl\u00edce<\/strong> elementu V\u011btru a souvisej\u00ed s pohybem, nervov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem a du\u0161evn\u00ed \u010distotou. Kdy\u017e p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 touha a p\u0159ipoutanost: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pl\u00edce jsou naru\u0161eny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To se projevuje \u00fazkost\u00ed, neklidem, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm a dokonce neurologick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cast\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznakem je nespavost, proto\u017ee mysl se nem\u016f\u017ee uklidnit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze z\u00e1padn\u00edho pohledu touha a neust\u00e1l\u00e1 n\u00e1klonnost nadm\u011brn\u011b stimuluj\u00ed <strong>dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a syst\u00e9m odm\u011bn<\/strong> v mozku. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nutkav\u00e9mu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm a nerovnov\u00e1ze nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Chronick\u00e1 nadm\u011brn\u00e1 stimulace nervov\u00e9 soustavy udr\u017euje t\u011blo ve stavu nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho vzru\u0161en\u00ed, vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 mysl a od\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 energii.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hn\u011bv: Element ohn\u011b (Tripa)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co se stane, kdy\u017e se rozzlob\u00edte? Tento stav je dlouhodob\u011b spojen s kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi chorobami, hypertenz\u00ed a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi stavy. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zmatek a neznalost: Element Zem\u011b-Voda (Beken)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e upadnete do otup\u011blosti, apatie nebo iluze - \"je mi to jedno, na ni\u010dem nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed\" - energie <strong>Beken<\/strong>, spojen\u00e1 se zem\u00ed a vodou, zt\u011b\u017ekne. Podle tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny to vede k: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pomal\u00fd metabolismus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek hmotnosti a zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tekutin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko cukrovky a metabolick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze z\u00e1padn\u00edho pohledu jsou n\u00edzk\u00e1 motivace a depresivn\u00ed stavy spojeny se <strong>sn\u00ed\u017eenou metabolickou aktivitou<\/strong>, zm\u011bnami citlivosti na inzul\u00edn a pomalej\u0161\u00edm tr\u00e1ven\u00edm. Jen <strong>s t\u00edm bu\u010fte<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tato praxe \"byt\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm, co vznik\u00e1\", je jedn\u00edm z nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch u\u010den\u00ed buddhismu, \u010dasto popisovan\u00fdm jako cesta Velk\u00e9 dokonalosti (Dzog\u010dhen\/Atij\u00f3ga) nebo Mah\u00e1mudra. Zn\u00ed to jednodu\u0161e, ale nen\u00ed to v\u017edy snadn\u00e9. P\u0159esto m\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt s tr\u00e9ninkem pomoc\u00ed mal\u00fdch pauz, jako je tato v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek sta\u010d\u00ed i 5 minut denn\u011b v\u011bdom\u00e9ho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed nebo meditace. \u010casem si toho v\u0161imnete:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U\u017e nejste otrokem sv\u00fdch emoc\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Touhu si m\u016f\u017eete u\u017e\u00edvat, ani\u017e byste se j\u00ed nechali pohltit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u016f\u017eete c\u00edtit hn\u011bv, ani\u017e byste sebe a ostatn\u00ed pop\u00e1lili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00edze m\u016f\u017eete \u010delit uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00edm, m\u00edsto abyste se do n\u00ed pono\u0159ili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vytvo\u0159en\u00edm tohoto mal\u00e9ho prostoru pro pouh\u00fd n\u00e1dech nebo dva n\u00e1dechy vstoup\u00edte do svobody. St\u00e1v\u00e1te se vlastn\u00edkem sv\u00fdch emoc\u00ed a s t\u00edmto vlastnictv\u00edm p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed volba - volba, zda a jak budete reagovat na jakoukoli situaci. Tato jednoduch\u00e1 zm\u011bna p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do \u017eivota nesm\u00edrn\u00fd pocit lehkosti.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed cesty v\u00edm, \u017ee nen\u00ed v\u017edy snadn\u00e9 jednodu\u0161e \"b\u00fdt s\" emocemi. N\u011bkdy v\u0161ichni pot\u0159ebujeme trochu podpory, jemnou strukturu, o kterou se m\u016f\u017eeme op\u0159\u00edt.
