Sed\u00edte s kamar\u00e1dkou, ob\u011b jste v perimenopauze, ob\u011b m\u00e1te v\u00fdsledky z laborato\u0159e \u2013 estrogen podle l\u00e9ka\u0159e n\u00edzk\u00fd, FSH vysok\u00e9. Ona \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eMn\u011b to ani moc nevad\u00ed.\u201c A vy se v noci ka\u017edou hodinu bud\u00edte kv\u016fli n\u00e1val\u016fm horka, jste vy\u010derpan\u00e1, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1, pl\u00e1\u010dete bez d\u016fvodu a napad\u00e1 v\u00e1s, jestli by nebylo lep\u0161\u00ed sko\u010dit z okna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Odpov\u011b\u010f je jednoduch\u00e1: hladina hormonu v krvi vypov\u00edd\u00e1 jen o \u010d\u00e1sti pravdy. Va\u0161e t\u011blo je mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jedno \u010d\u00edslo z laborato\u0159e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Tady je osm d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te menopauzu pr\u00e1v\u011b tak, jak ji pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te \u2014 a pro\u010d m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 z v\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Citlivost receptor\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Estrogen nep\u016fsob\u00ed s\u00e1m o sob\u011b. Mus\u00ed se nav\u00e1zat na receptor v bu\u0148ce \u2013 jako kl\u00ed\u010d do z\u00e1mku. Pokud jsou va\u0161e bu\u0148ky m\u00e9n\u011b citliv\u00e9 (v d\u016fsledku z\u00e1n\u011btu, stresu nebo endokrinn\u00edch disruptor\u016f z prost\u0159ed\u00ed), hormony \u201eklepou, ale nikdo neotev\u00edr\u00e1\u201c. N\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina s citliv\u00fdmi receptory m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladina s receptory p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdmi.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1valy horka nejsou jen \u201ehormon\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c. Jedn\u00e1 se o neurologick\u00e9 jevy \u2013 v\u00e1\u0161 hypotalamus, centrum termoregulace, reaguje na pokles estrogen\u016f. Pokud jste v\u0161ak roky \u017eily v re\u017eimu \u201ebojuj nebo ute\u010d\u201c, v\u00e1\u0161 nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m je na pokraji zhroucen\u00ed u\u017e dlouho p\u0159ed menopauzou. Pokles estrogen\u016f je pak jen posledn\u00edm impulsem, kter\u00fd spust\u00ed to, co se nahromadilo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Z\u00e1n\u011bt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1n\u011bt v t\u011ble p\u016fsob\u00ed jako zesilova\u010d. Ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159\u00edznak menopauzy t\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b umocn\u00ed. Pokud vstupujete do menopauzy s chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem \u2014 a\u0165 u\u017e zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm stravou, st\u0159evn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, nedostatkem sp\u00e1nku nebo nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdm stresem \u2014 pro\u017eijete tento p\u0159echod jako bou\u0159i. Pokud do menopauzy vstupujete s m\u00edrn\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem, stejn\u00e1 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bna prob\u011bhne jako m\u00edrn\u00e1 vlna.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. J\u00e1tra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1tra jsou m\u00edstem, kde se estrogen rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 a vylu\u010duje. A z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak k tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed. P\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 j\u00e1tra produkuj\u00ed proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed metabolity, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky \u2014 i kdy\u017e se va\u0161e \u201ecelkov\u00e1 hladina\u201c jev\u00ed jako v norm\u011b. P\u00e9\u010de o j\u00e1tra znamen\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010di o klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed menopauzu.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Existuje \u010d\u00e1st va\u0161eho mikrobiomu, kterou v\u011bdci naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u201eestrobolom\u201c \u2014 bakterie, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed estrogen\u016f cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edch ve va\u0161em t\u011ble. Naru\u0161en\u00e1 funkce st\u0159eva m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy hladiny tohoto hormonu, a to bez ohledu na to, co ukazuje v\u00fdsledek testu. A proto\u017ee 90 % serotoninu vznik\u00e1 ve st\u0159evech, zdrav\u00e9 st\u0159evo je tak\u00e9 z\u00e1kladem va\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1lady a sp\u00e1nku v menopauze.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Sp\u00e1nek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Zde hraje hlavn\u00ed roli je\u0161t\u011b jeden hormon \u2013 progesteron. Jeho hladina kles\u00e1 jako prvn\u00ed, dlouho p\u0159ed estrogenem, a pr\u00e1v\u011b jeho \u00fabytek je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nespavosti v perimenopauze. Progesteron se v\u00e1\u017ee na GABA receptory v mozku \u2014 p\u0159irozen\u011b uklid\u0148uje nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a navozuje hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pokles estrogen\u016f d\u00e1le naru\u0161uje sp\u00e1nek. Naru\u0161en\u00fd sp\u00e1nek zvy\u0161uje hladinu kortizolu. Kortizol pak d\u00e1le sni\u017euje hladinu hormon\u016f. Kruh se uzav\u00edr\u00e1. Pokud vstupujete do menopauzy po letech \u0161patn\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku, v\u00e1\u0161 organismus je vy\u010derpan\u00fd. Sp\u00e1nek nen\u00ed luxus \u2014 je z\u00e1kladem hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed obnovy.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Trauma a nervov\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Toto t\u00e9ma se nej\u010dast\u011bji opom\u00edj\u00ed. P\u0159itom ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum odhalil, \u017ee \u017eeny s traumatickou minulost\u00ed a posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou (PTSD) pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed menopauzu v\u00fdrazn\u011b h\u016f\u0159e \u2013 i kdy\u017e si toto trauma neuv\u011bdomovaly. Trauma p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 v t\u011ble \u2014 v nap\u011bt\u00ed br\u00e1nice, v chronicky zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladin\u011b kortizolu, v nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd si nikdy \u00fapln\u011b neodpo\u010dine. Menopauza toto neviditeln\u00e9 b\u0159emeno nevytvo\u0159ila, pouze ho odhalila.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Tibetsk\u00e1 typologie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Z pohledu Sowa Rigpa \u2013 tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny \u2013 se ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u017eena rod\u00ed s odli\u0161nou konstituc\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o kombinaci energi\u00ed Lung (v\u00edtr), Tripa (ohe\u0148) a Beken (zemitost). Tyto energie ur\u010duj\u00ed, jak va\u0161e t\u011blo reaguje na zm\u011bny. \u017deny v\u011btrn\u00e9ho typu v menopauze tr\u00e1p\u00ed \u00fazkost a nespavost. \u017deny s ohniv\u00fdm typem tr\u00e1p\u00ed n\u00e1valy horka a podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost. \u017deny se zemit\u00fdm typem tr\u00e1p\u00ed \u00fanava a p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze. V dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch se ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z nich budeme v\u011bnovat podrobn\u011bji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Prozat\u00edm jedno: pokud v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo \u0159ekl, \u017ee \u201eva\u0161e hladina je v norm\u011b\u201c, a p\u0159esto se nec\u00edt\u00edte dob\u0159e \u2014 v\u011b\u0159te sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu. To v\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e jedno \u010d\u00edslo ze zkumavky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto bych byla opatrn\u00e1 s v\u00fdroky typu: \u201eM\u00e1te estrogen v norm\u011b, tak\u017ee je v\u0161echno v po\u0159\u00e1dku.\u201c Nebo naopak: \u201eSta\u010d\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161it hladinu estrogenu a v\u0161echny pot\u00ed\u017ee zmiz\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u017densk\u00e9 t\u011blo je mnohem chyt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed a slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto neprov\u00e1d\u00edm hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu. Zjistit hladinu hormon\u016f pomoc\u00ed testu DUTCH je fajn, ale to nen\u00ed v\u0161echno. Vn\u00edm\u00e1m v\u00e1s jako celistvou bytost, a proto je m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edstup v\u017edy individu\u00e1ln\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pozn\u00e1mka: Tento text m\u00e1 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed charakter a nejedn\u00e1 se o l\u00e9ka\u0159skou radu.
