Vy\u0161et\u0159\u00edte se u l\u00e9ka\u0159e, ale nezjist\u00edte \u017e\u00e1dnou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed patologii. \u010casto se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me do pasti, kdy vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me ve\u0161kerou d\u016fv\u011bru do l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, m\u00edsto abychom d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovali sami sob\u011b. Kdo jin\u00fd ne\u017e vy v\u00ed, jak se c\u00edt\u00edte, co v\u00e1s nejv\u00edce stresuje? Jakou \u017eivotn\u00ed situac\u00ed jste pro\u0161li? Po jak\u00e9m j\u00eddle se c\u00edt\u00edte l\u00e9pe nebo h\u016f\u0159e?     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 ani vy sami sebe dob\u0159e nezn\u00e1te. Jak je na tom va\u0161e srdce, pl\u00edce, j\u00e1tra, \u017elu\u010dn\u00edk? Jak\u00e9 jsou va\u0161e dominantn\u00ed emoce, jak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m v\u00edry?    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 je \u010das poznat s\u00e1m sebe. Spojte se se sv\u00fdm dechem, tlukotem srdce, b\u0159ichem a svaly. Uv\u011bdomte si, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1te v t\u011ble nap\u011bt\u00ed. \u010casto jsme natolik zabran\u00ed do sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, stresu, \u017ee si jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed uv\u011bdomujeme, jak napjat\u00e9 a strnul\u00e9 je na\u0161e t\u011blo a mysl. Dotkn\u011bte se sv\u00fdch ramen. Jsou m\u011bkk\u00e1 a uvoln\u011bn\u00e1, nebo tvrd\u00e1, dr\u017e\u00edc\u00ed t\u00f3ny stresu? A co va\u0161e b\u0159icho? Jak\u00e1 je va\u0161e stolice? Jak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 sp\u00e1nek? Ud\u011blejte si vnit\u0159n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovou tomografii cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla, od kone\u010dk\u016f prst\u016f na nohou a\u017e po \u0161pi\u010dku hlavy. Pokuste se vn\u00edmat v\u0161echny nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. Ud\u011blejte si na sebe \u010das. Vyzkou\u0161ejte, co v\u00e1m vyhovuje.
