Pat\u0159\u00ed do \u010deledi z\u00e1zvorovit\u00fdch a je hojn\u011b p\u011bstov\u00e1na a konzumov\u00e1na zejm\u00e9na v ji\u017en\u00ed Asii.<br\/>Indie produkuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve\u0161kerou sv\u011btovou produkci kurkumy, kter\u00e1 je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pozor v\u0161ak na pad\u011blky kurkumy, proto\u017ee mohou b\u00fdt toxick\u00e9! Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u017edy si ov\u011b\u0159it zdroj.     <br\/><br\/>Tento zlat\u00fd ko\u0159en je nejen kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 zv\u00fdraz\u0148uje barvu a v\u016fni pokrm\u016f, ale je tak\u00e9 siln\u00fdm l\u00e9kem, kter\u00fd se ji\u017e tis\u00edce let pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v tradi\u010dn\u00ed tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b (TTM) alias Sowa Rigpa, \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b (TCM) a \u00e1jurv\u00e9d\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kurkuma a kurkumin: je to tot\u00e9\u017e?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurkuma je cel\u00fd ko\u0159en rostliny Curcuma longa, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kurkumin je hlavn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tkou, kter\u00e1 je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za mnoho prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed kurkumy a jej\u00ed charakteristickou \u017elutou barvu. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b lze snadno sehnat kurkumin v kapsl\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsou koncentrovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00fd ko\u0159en, ale j\u00e1 d\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159ednost jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed form\u011b, v symfonii dal\u0161\u00edch fytochemik\u00e1li\u00ed, kter\u00e9 rostlina obsahuje. P\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kurkuminu tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na d\u00e1vce kv\u016fli jeho vysok\u00e9 koncentraci, tak\u017ee bu\u010fte opatrn\u00ed a dop\u0159ejte t\u011blu pravideln\u00fd odpo\u010dinek od jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ve skute\u010dnosti zvr\u00e1tit jeho p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky t\u00edm, \u017ee vypne detoxikaci.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdhody kurkumy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u010dkoli v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdzkum\u016f prosp\u011b\u0161nosti kurkumy byla zam\u011b\u0159ena konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na kurkumin, n\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee kurkuma m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 i p\u0159i specifick\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9mech. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee je to proto, \u017ee v kurkum\u011b je mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch slou\u010denin, kter\u00e9 spolu synergicky p\u016fsob\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurkuma p\u016fsob\u00ed siln\u011b protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u011b a je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i chronick\u00fdch z\u00e1n\u011btech. V imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu kurkumin specificky sni\u017euje nadm\u011brnou aktivitu Th1 lymfocyt\u016f, kter\u00e9 zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1vaj\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je revmatoidn\u00ed artritida, Hashimotova tyreoiditida, SM, z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 st\u0159evn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed IBD, vitiligo, lup\u00e9nka a neurodegenerativn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Detoxikace a funkce jater<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurkuma je skv\u011bl\u00fdm detoxika\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159edkem, proto\u017ee pom\u00e1h\u00e1 j\u00e1tr\u016fm odstra\u0148ovat v\u0161echny druhy toxin\u016f.Sni\u017euje chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt v ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce a org\u00e1nu t\u011bla, ale je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00e1 pro detoxikaci jater, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 hepatoprotektivn\u00ed vlastnosti. Voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly mohou zp\u016fsobovat oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a v\u00e9st k mnoha nemocem a p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, pokud nejsou dr\u017eeny na uzd\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee kurkumin potla\u010duje intracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hu mTOR, kter\u00e1 je kritick\u00fdm regul\u00e1torem r\u016fstu zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm za regulaci \u017eivotn\u00edch cykl\u016f na\u0161ich bun\u011bk. Navozuje apopt\u00f3zu nebo autofagii (programovan\u00e9 zni\u010den\u00ed) nemocn\u00fdch bun\u011bk, \u010d\u00edm\u017e podporuje del\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotnost, zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed funkce bun\u011bk a ochranu p\u0159ed onkologick\u00fdm r\u016fstem. Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v Sowa Rigpa v tzv. praxi Chudlenjako jedna z omlazuj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek!  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed, antimykotick\u00e9 a antivirov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurkuma se v mnoha tradi\u010dn\u00edch medic\u00ednsk\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159edek.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V systematick\u00e9m p\u0159ehledu z roku 2014 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee kurkumin vykazuje antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivitu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejslibn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky byly prok\u00e1z\u00e1ny proti bakterii Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), kter\u00e1 infikuje \u017ealudek, zp\u016fsobuje z\u00e1n\u011bt a po\u0161kozuje tk\u00e1n\u011b gastrointestin\u00e1ln\u00edho traktu. Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee kurkuma m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 protipl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, zejm\u00e9na proti pl\u00edsn\u00edm Paracoccidioides brasiliensis a Candida. Anal\u00fdzou bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee kurkumin m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 antivirov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed infek\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed a imunostimula\u010dn\u00ed funkci.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Neuroprotektivn\u00ed<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jste tak\u00e9 sly\u0161eli, \u017ee kurkuma m\u00e1 neuroprotektivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek p\u0159i poklesu kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed, demenci, Parkinsonov\u011b a Alzheimerov\u011b chorob\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Zdrav\u00ed \u017een a t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00edky sv\u00fdm protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdm vlastnostem m\u016f\u017ee kurkuma zm\u00edrnit endometri\u00f3zu, ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak skv\u011bl\u00e1 pro plodnost, proto\u017ee tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje estrogeny. V t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed ji lze bezpe\u010dn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat jako ko\u0159en\u00ed, v m\u00edrn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed, ale pozor na p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te kurkuminov\u00e9 kapsle. U t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i p\u00e1len\u00ed \u017e\u00e1hy, krv\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed a jako prevence preeklampsie.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Extern\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurkuma se m\u016f\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvat lok\u00e1ln\u011b k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou dermatologick\u00e9 stavy, infekce, akn\u00e9 a odum\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pozor na kontraindikace<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu\u010fte opatrn\u00ed, proto\u017ee kurkuma m\u016f\u017ee interagovat s l\u00e9ky na \u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed krve a cukrovku a tak\u00e9 s antacidy. Pokud u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te z\u00e1padn\u00ed l\u00e9ky, pora\u010fte se o bezpe\u010dnosti se sv\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em nebo l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u00edkem. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z\u0159eknut\u00ed se odpov\u011bdnosti: NEJEDN\u00c1 se o l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed.
