Jak jsem se <a href=\"https:\/\/happyandhealthy.solidpixels.com\/en\/blog\/food-for-windy-types-and-mental-health\">zde<\/a> zm\u00ednil, V\u00edtr pot\u0159ebuje tepl\u00e9, v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9, mastn\u00e9 potraviny se sladkou, kyselou a slanou chut\u00ed. Ty maj\u00ed uzem\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed relaxovat. Podle chuti p\u0159idejte s\u016fl, \u0161petku pep\u0159e a mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek. Rozmixujte, aby vznikla kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka, a pod\u00e1vejte se sezamov\u00fdmi sem\u00ednky. Pokud ji nech\u00e1te 3 t\u00fddny kvasit v je\u010dn\u00e9 tr\u00e1v\u011b, stane se z n\u00ed omlazuj\u00edc\u00ed tonikum (chudlenka) pro plicn\u00ed konstituce.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pe\u010den\u00e1 ko\u0159enov\u00e1 zelenina<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">nakr\u00e1jejte oloupan\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 brambory, mrkev, \u010dervenou \u0159epu a pastin\u00e1k (m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt i jinou ko\u0159enovou zeleninu, j\u00e1 jsem zvolila tyto druhy kv\u016fli jejich sladk\u00e9 a aromatick\u00e9 chuti). Posypeme sol\u00ed a olivov\u00fdm olejem, pe\u010deme v troub\u011b asi na 200C. M\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00e1vat jako p\u0159\u00edlohu k hov\u011bz\u00edmu nebo jin\u00e9mu masu.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tapiokov\u00fd pudink<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  namo\u010dte tapiokov\u00e9 perly do vody (nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159es noc, nebo alespo\u0148 30 minut), p\u0159idejte ml\u00e9ko\/kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko (asi 5x v\u00edce, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak hust\u00e9 to chcete), \u0161petku soli, vanilku, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed ko\u0159en\u00ed Lung podle chuti. Va\u0159te na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni za \u010dast\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed, dokud perly nezpr\u016fhledn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 roz\u0161lehat 2 vejce a sm\u00edchat je s tapiokou (ale neva\u0159it!), aby m\u011bla kr\u00e9movou konzistenci. Navrch dejte ovoce podle vlastn\u00edho v\u00fdb\u011bru.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masala chai<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  sm\u00edchejte an\u00fdz, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, kardamom, sko\u0159ici a pep\u0159\/dlouh\u00fd pep\u0159 (nepovinn\u00e9 - pro studen\u00e9 typy). Tyto slo\u017eky jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 i v tibetsk\u00fdch bylinn\u00fdch receptech na pl\u00edce. Vezm\u011bte p\u016fl \u010dajov\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky ko\u0159en\u00ed na sklenici vrouc\u00ed vody a podle pot\u0159eby m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat i trochu \u010dern\u00e9ho \u010daje. Chcete-li, aby se n\u00e1poj podobal p\u016fvodn\u00edmu indick\u00e9mu stylu, p\u0159idejte ml\u00e9ko a hn\u011bd\u00fd cukr.
