Existuje n\u011bkolik faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed na\u0161i fyzickou a du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodu. Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 se mohou narodit s genetickou predispozic\u00ed k ur\u010dit\u00fdm nerovnov\u00e1h\u00e1m, jin\u00ed se mohou st\u00e1t ob\u011bt\u00ed stejn\u00fdch nerovnov\u00e1h v d\u016fsledku p\u016fsoben\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, jako je \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, strava a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, kter\u00e9 mohou vyvolat epigenetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny aktivuj\u00edc\u00ed genov\u00e9 projevy, ani\u017e by se zm\u011bnila sekvence DNA.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sowa Rigpa, tradice zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na energii, podobn\u011b jako \u00e1jurv\u00e9da a dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdchodn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, popisuje, \u017ee se rod\u00edme s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi pom\u011bry 5 prvk\u016f, co\u017e n\u00e1s \u0159ad\u00ed do jedn\u00e9 ze 7 kombinac\u00ed humor\u00e1ln\u00ed konstituce nebo typologie. Tyto humory v\u011btru, \u017elu\u010di a phelgmu ur\u010duj\u00ed stavbu na\u0161eho t\u011bla, metabolismus, temperament a na\u0161e sklony k ur\u010dit\u00fdm nerovnov\u00e1h\u00e1m. Zat\u00edmco svou konstituci ani geny nem\u016f\u017eeme snadno zm\u011bnit (alespo\u0148 zat\u00edm ne), sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed jist\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit t\u00edm, co j\u00edme a jak \u017eijeme.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dastava<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u011btrn\u00e9 (rLung) typy maj\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 tendenci b\u00fdt snadno p\u0159ebuzen\u00fd. Jsou to \u010dasto velmi citliv\u00ed, kreativn\u00ed a expresivn\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou hluboce emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed. Mohou m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm a mohou lehce sp\u00e1t nebo trp\u011bt nespavost\u00ed. Tyto typy maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 tendenci snadno hubnout kv\u016fli nestabiln\u00edmu metabolismu a mohou se pot\u00fdkat s nepravidelnou a tvrdou stolic\u00ed. Mohou m\u00edt suchou k\u016f\u017ei, \u0159\u00eddk\u00e9 vlasy, studen\u00e9 kon\u010detiny a migruj\u00edc\u00ed bolesti[1].<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plicn\u00ed typy pova\u017euji za podobn\u00e9 vysoce citliv\u00fdm osob\u00e1m, co\u017e je term\u00edn, kter\u00fd zhruba p\u0159ed 30 lety zavedla Dr. Elaine Aronov\u00e1[2].<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charakteristiky \u017eivlu V\u00edtr se projevuj\u00ed jako lehk\u00fd, such\u00fd, chladn\u00fd, pohybliv\u00fd, drsn\u00fd a tvrd\u00fd. Sowa Rigpa \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s touto vrozenou p\u0159evahou mohou nem\u00edt r\u00e1di chladn\u00e1, such\u00e1 a v\u011btrn\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Konzumace lehk\u00fdch j\u00eddel, jako jsou sal\u00e1ty a zelenina, jinak zdrav\u00fdch, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak uspokojiv\u00e1 a konzumace k\u00e1vy a energetick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f m\u016f\u017ee nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161it. Nav\u00edc je sr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nedostatek sp\u00e1nku, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nesnesiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zejm\u00e9na s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem. Podle Sowa Rigpy se V\u00edtr hromad\u00ed na ja\u0159e, uklid\u0148uje energie flegmy nahromad\u011bn\u00e9 b\u011bhem zimy a pln\u011b se projevuje v \u010dervenci a srpnu. Druh\u00fdm obdob\u00edm, kdy je V\u011btru nadbytek, je za\u010d\u00e1tek zimy, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k n\u00e1r\u016fstu deprese (nedostatku sv\u011btla).   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potravinov\u00fd prost\u0159edek<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, dieta Sowa Rigpa je zalo\u017eena na principech chuti a s\u00edly. K uklidn\u011bn\u00ed V\u011btru (rLung) pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 j\u00eddla opa\u010dn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed (alopatie): tepl\u00e1, t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, m\u011bkk\u00e1 a mastn\u00e1 j\u00eddla.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zde je doporu\u010den\u00ed tis\u00edcilet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Masov\u00fd a kostn\u00ed v\u00fdvar - dlouho va\u0159en\u00fd po mnoho hodin je nejlep\u0161\u00ed s trochou v\u00edna nebo jable\u010dn\u00e9ho octa, ko\u0159enovou zeleninou a ko\u0159en\u00edm. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 j\u00edst hodn\u011b masa, ale v\u00fdvar m\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na mnoho aspekt\u016f na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu a nervov\u00e9ho a hormon\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.   <\/li><li>Tuk a oleje - tj. sezamov\u00fd, avok\u00e1dov\u00fd a olivov\u00fd olej, m\u00e1slo a zejm\u00e9na gh\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00e1dla a kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b je pro V\u00edtr obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9.    <\/li><li>Semena a o\u0159echy - zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed a zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed, obsahuj\u00ed oleje, b\u00edlkoviny a mnoho mikro\u017eivin. Doporu\u010duji je p\u0159ed konzumac\u00ed namo\u010dit nebo osmahnout, proto\u017ee to usnad\u0148uje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a asimilaci \u017eivin. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed jsou sezamov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka nebo tahini a ln\u011bn\u00e1 sem\u00ednka. Vhodn\u00e1 jsou tak\u00e9 sem\u00ednka chia d\u00edky obsahu omega 3.     <\/li><li>Ko\u0159enov\u00e1 zelenina - t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed v\u011btru \"zako\u0159enit\". Jejich komplexn\u00ed polysacharidy maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na st\u0159evn\u00ed fl\u00f3ru.   <\/li><li>Cibule a \u010desnek (va\u0159en\u00e9, ne syrov\u00e9) - t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, pikantn\u00ed a tepl\u00e9; p\u0159idejte je do v\u00fdvaru a zeleniny. Mnoz\u00ed buddhisti\u010dt\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed j\u00edst \u010desnek a cibuli, proto\u017ee n\u00e1s usp\u00e1vaj\u00ed, a tud\u00ed\u017e nejsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro meditaci, ale jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159i nerovnov\u00e1ze v\u011btr\u016f!   <\/li><li>Ml\u00e9ko a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky (bio a pouze pokud je sn\u00e1\u0161\u00edte) - t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, ale ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed, tak\u017ee nejsou vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159i poru\u0161e flegmatu (Beken je slo\u017een z prvk\u016f Voda a Zem\u011b). Vyzkou\u0161ejte bio dom\u00e1c\u00ed plnotu\u010dn\u00fd jogurt, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zklidnit rLung a tak\u00e9 podpo\u0159it st\u0159evn\u00ed fl\u00f3ru prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdmi bakteriemi. <\/li><li>Ko\u0159en\u00ed - aromatick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky jako mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, an\u00fdz, km\u00edn, km\u00edn, sko\u0159ice a ferula asafetida (neboli \u010dert\u016fv trus - p\u00e1chne jako peklo, ale je velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1!) mohou V\u00edtr uklidnit.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetari\u00e1n\u016fm bych doporu\u010dil j\u00edst v\u00edce sem\u00ednek a o\u0159ech\u016f, zejm\u00e9na lnu a chia (omega 3). Zeleninu (ko\u0159enovou a zelenou, jako jsou kop\u0159ivy, \u0161pen\u00e1t, kapusta) by m\u011bli j\u00edst teplou, va\u0159enou, pe\u010denou nebo sma\u017eenou, ne tolik syrovou. Vyvarujte se \"obilnin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed\" t\u00edm, \u017ee nebudete d\u011blat z obilovin hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st j\u00eddla, proto\u017ee lektiny v obilovin\u00e1ch mohou dr\u00e1\u017edit st\u0159evn\u00ed sliznici, kter\u00e1 je siln\u00e1 jen asi 1,5 mm, a vyvol\u00e1vat celou \u0159adu poruch. \u010casto p\u0159id\u00e1vejte peka\u0159sk\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed (such\u00e9, neaktivn\u00ed) kv\u016fli obsahu vitamin\u016f skupiny B nebo u\u017e\u00edvejte dopln\u011bk stravy (zejm\u00e9na B12).
