Zlep\u0161uje na\u0161e kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, posiluje svaly, zlep\u0161uje pr\u016ftok krve a lymfy, a t\u00edm zlep\u0161uje imunitu, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat hmotnost, vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak a hyperglyk\u00e9mii (vysokou hladinu cukru v krvi). Dokonce zlep\u0161uje na\u0161i n\u00e1ladu vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm serotoninu. Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak speci\u00e1ln\u00ed druhy cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a pohodu je\u0161t\u011b hlub\u0161\u00ed vliv.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tibetsk\u00e1 j\u00f3ga<\/h2>\n\n<p>V tibetsk\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 tradici existuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy sport\u016f vhodn\u00e9 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 konstitu\u010dn\u00ed typy, ale existuje jeden druh cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00fd je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd pro v\u0161echny. Naz\u00fdv\u00e1 se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skypressbooks.com\/nejang\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ned\u017eang - tibetsk\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e1 j\u00f3ga.<\/a> Bylo sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed pro pokro\u010dil\u00e1 j\u00f3gov\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed<em>(thrul kor)<\/em>, kter\u00e1 jog\u00edni pou\u017e\u00edvali k dosa\u017een\u00ed duchovn\u00ed realizace, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed bylo vedlej\u0161\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem. A te\u010f, co je na n\u00ed tak zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho?    <\/p>\n\n<p>M\u016fj u\u010ditel tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny, doktor Nida Chenagtsang, mi \u0159ekl, \u017ee zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dechu je mocn\u00e1 metoda, kter\u00e1 prodlu\u017euje \u017eivot. A zde s dechem \u00fazce pracujeme, zejm\u00e9na se zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm dechu. V kombinaci se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi pohyby odstra\u0148uje energetick\u00e9 blok\u00e1dy a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 energii - a krvi - voln\u011b cirkulovat. Ned\u00e1vno jsem se tak\u00e9 setkal s v\u00fdzkumem Dr. Johna Douillarda a dal\u0161\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed vysv\u011btluj\u00ed z\u00e1zraky dechov\u00fdch technik ze z\u00e1padn\u00edho pohledu.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00da\u010dinky hypoxie na zdrav\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jak jste ji\u017e pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b sly\u0161eli, p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd p\u016fst m\u00e1 \u0159adu zdravotn\u00edch v\u00fdhod, ale mo\u017en\u00e1 nev\u00edte, \u017ee stejn\u011b tak i p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00e1 hypoxie (kysl\u00edkov\u00fd p\u016fst). Nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, jako je nedostatek potravy, vzduchu, extr\u00e9mn\u00ed teploty, spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed v t\u011ble obvody pro p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed na epigenetick\u00e9 \u00farovni, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u010dasy. Zvy\u0161uje produkci transkrip\u010dn\u00edch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm DNA, a r\u016fst kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, \u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k omlazen\u00ed organismu. Nedostatek kysl\u00edku - tzv. hypoxie - stimuluje tak\u00e9 produkci erytropoetinu (hormonu zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edho hladinu hemoglobinu), oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO), vaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edho r\u016fstov\u00e9ho faktoru a tzv. faktoru indukuj\u00edc\u00edho hypoxii (HIF-1), kter\u00fd zvy\u0161uje neuroplasticitu mozku. Neuroplasticita neboli schopnost m\u011bnit nervovou soustavu m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro sou\u010dasnou dobu, kdy se mus\u00edme p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat rychle se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed situaci ve sv\u011bt\u011b, vyrovn\u00e1vat se se stresem a emo\u010dn\u00edmi traumaty. Ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum koronaviru nav\u00edc uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee zp\u016fsobuje masivn\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd naru\u0161uje schopnost hemoglobinu p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et kysl\u00edk do tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e zadr\u017eujeme dech, hromad\u011bn\u00ed CO2 ve skute\u010dnosti vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kysl\u00edku z krve do tk\u00e1n\u00ed, tak\u017ee dost\u00e1v\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce kysl\u00edku tam, kde ho skute\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme.        <\/p>\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem, kter\u00fd zadr\u017een\u00edm dechu z\u00edsk\u00e1me, je aktivace bloudiv\u00e9ho nervu - nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho nervu parasympatick\u00e9ho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za \"odpo\u010dinek a tr\u00e1ven\u00ed\" a umo\u017e\u0148uje spr\u00e1vnou funkci v\u0161ech vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f. P\u016fsob\u00ed proti sympatick\u00e9 stresov\u00e9 reakci neboli re\u017eimu \"bojuj nebo ute\u010d\", kter\u00fd je z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska \u0161kodliv\u00fd pro zdrav\u00ed i dlouhov\u011bkost.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u010distn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee jog\u00edni na him\u00e1lajsk\u00fdch n\u00e1horn\u00edch plo\u0161in\u00e1ch (kde je nedostatek kysl\u00edku!) znali a po stalet\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvali v\u00fdhody hypoxie. A tak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu cvi\u010den\u00ed. Cvi\u010den\u00ed nebo jak\u00e9koli terapeutick\u00e9 sezen\u00ed v\u017edy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me tzv. o\u010distn\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm. M\u016f\u017eeme si p\u0159edstavit, jak dovnit\u0159 vch\u00e1z\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 sv\u011btlo a vydechujeme tmav\u00fd kou\u0159 se v\u0161emi blok\u00e1dami a ne\u010distotami z na\u0161eho syst\u00e9mu.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Vysv\u011btl\u00edm v\u00e1m, co se d\u011bje p\u0159i tomto druhu d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed z v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho hlediska. Vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed pouze jednou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrkou vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest\u00e1ch v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odpor. Zkuste se nadechnout norm\u00e1ln\u011b a pak se zav\u0159enou jednou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrkou - uc\u00edt\u00edte, jak va\u0161e br\u00e1nice pracuje intenzivn\u011bji. Br\u00e1nice je v\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dechov\u00fd sval a m\u016f\u017eete ji t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem tr\u00e9novat, abyste zlep\u0161ili funkci plic. Bylo tak\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee zlep\u0161uje astma, apnoe a srde\u010dn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. B\u011bhem zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dechu oto\u010dte b\u0159icho 7kr\u00e1t doprava a 7kr\u00e1t doleva. Kr\u00e1tce vydechn\u011bte a \u010d\u00e1st vzduchu ponechte uvnit\u0159. Opakujte 7kr\u00e1t. Toto cvi\u010den\u00ed zahrnuje v\u00fdhody zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dechu (m\u011bli byste tr\u00e9novat, abyste postupn\u011b zvy\u0161ovali svou toleranci v\u016f\u010di hypoxii) a je skv\u011bl\u00fdm povzbuzova\u010dem metabolismu.
