Ne\u00faprosn\u00e9 tempo modern\u00edho \u017eivota nut\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu z n\u00e1s p\u0159eb\u00edhat od jednoho \u00fakolu k druh\u00e9mu a sotva se nadechnout. Stres se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nev\u00edtan\u00fdm spole\u010dn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd si raz\u00ed cestu do na\u0161\u00ed mysli a t\u011bla a vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1s.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ale je tu jedna v\u011bc: nemus\u00edme se tomuto kolob\u011bhu poddat. Tibetsk\u00e1 medic\u00edna, starobyl\u00fd l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fd syst\u00e9m zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako<g id=\"gid_0\"> Sowa Rigpa <\/g>, nab\u00edz\u00ed hlubok\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby, jak obnovit rovnov\u00e1hu, zm\u00edrnit nap\u011bt\u00ed a p\u0159iv\u00e9st n\u00e1s zp\u011bt do stavu hlubok\u00e9 pohody. Mezi jej\u00edmi mnoha poklady vynikaj\u00ed tibetsk\u00e9 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed terapie jako jedny z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak zklidnit nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a p\u0159irozen\u011b rozpustit stres.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tibetsk\u00fd pohled na stres<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>V tibetsk\u00e9 medic\u00edn\u011b je na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed zako\u0159en\u011bno v rovnov\u00e1ze p\u011bti element\u016f - zem\u011b, vody, ohn\u011b, v\u011btru a prostoru -, kter\u00e9 se projevuj\u00ed ve t\u0159ech energi\u00edch neboli <strong>nyepa<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lung (v\u00edtr):<\/strong> \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pohyb, krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh a nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m.
